Making Appointments

We run an appointment system but keep a few spaces open to fit in urgent problems that need to be dealt with promptly.
Appointments can be made anytime online or by telephoning the practice on 4283 3433 from 8.00 a.m. Monday – Friday and from 8:30am Saturday.
Appointments are normally made at fifteen-minute intervals so you can usually expect to spend ten to fifteen minutes with your doctor. Please make a longer consultation if you have more than one or two issues.

Waiting Times

We hope you understand that delays sometimes occur due to circumstances beyond our control. This can happen if there have been emergencies or the practice is very busy. If you wish, you can phone the practice before your appointment to check if the doctor is on time.

Home Visits

We offer home visits in the Woonona - Bulli area to patients who are too ill to attend the practice. Requests for house calls are best made before 10am. Please remember that house calls are time consuming and that doctors can usually see at least two patients in the practice in the time taken to visit one at home. There is a charge above what the Medicare rebate is. Please ask staff for details.

After Hours

Phone Wollongong Radio Doctor (p) 02 4228 5522 (a bulk-billing service) or attend Wollongong Hospital (p) 02 4222 5000.

In the event of an emergency dial 000.
